Very disappointing. For a person seeking support in a country they a volunteering to support in, I was ignored for nearly two months, and given contradictory information. I was never even invited for a consultation, which is standard medical practice. I had to use precious personal days to visit the city in the hopes that being in the area would increase my chances of at least an in person appointment or consultation. Or directions to other doctors, or clinics for a very simple request backed by a folder full of documentation from my own international treatment team. I even overextended my personal days because of yet another contradictory answer that I would receive treatment and and an address only to be told 20 mins later that this was not possible. It was embarrassing to call doctors, visit pharmacy after pharmacy for advice, with all but one, 20 km outside the city willing to try help. If it wasn't for the pharmacy staff 20 km outside Kyiv and the Bolt driver going out of his way to try and find a solution last minute, I can say not a single professional made an effort, and none of their doctors returned my calls or messages. It was not a question of cost, or documentation, just what appears to be either gross incompetence or complete indifference. The one consistent answer I did receive was "it's a pity, we cannot help you." No explanation, consistency, professionalism or even willingness to help. Thank you to the Bolt Driver and one Pharmacy staff that actually tried.

I was captured in Kiew in the middle of covid crisis. I couldn't go to Belgrade to receive my regular therapy for autoimmune condition and I was looking for some safe and well equiped place for the therapy.
My friends recommended me to contact Dr. Sergej from MedicoMente and I did so.
He understood what I need and he agreed to help me. My husband and I went there, we had warm welcome. Everything is clean, it is nice and calm place. Kind staff, everything was excellent!
Especially I need to thank to Dr. Sergej and very skilled nurse Gena.
Great staff, great service! Thank you very much, I highly recommend this clinic.

I arrived specifically to this center from Canada and received the best treatment possible. Dr.Sergey and the staff are very caring and very professional. I can’t thank them enough for the great work they did. The facility is extra comfortable and the treatment went as smoothly as it possibly could!
