we bring this clinic foreign patients,to Dr kafkas celik and Dr mehmet altankaya,i witness hundreds of happy patient,,,you can come with close eye..thanks to all stuff especially nurses,,they are extremely caring

I was recently admitted for 6 nights for pneumonia. Dr. Ahmet Güler and his team was very attentive and kind. He was professional and guided me with patience. The day and night nurses were very helpful. Most of all Ms. Selin, the translator, made it a smooth stay by understanding issues as they came up, giving correct translations, and always being at hand when needed.
Unfortunately Ms Aysun Özen, who processed the payments was very difficult, refusing to give the invoice when asking for part payments during the hospitalisation. In the end we realised that she had not bothered to process our insurance, making one excuse after the other for the mistake. Ms Ozen should realise this is not a shop but a hospital!
Although the team of doctors and nurses were very good, when you are giving such an expensive service, you have give correct information to patients and be clear about payments in order to avoid making mistakes and spoiling patients relationship with the hospital.

I had a surgery here and it was very good. I am very satisfied with the personal and doctor. Everyone was very nice. I will definitely come again for the next procedures.

I had my Gastric sleeve operation done in this clinic about a month ago and deffo can rate as 5*
Staff was supportive and very kind during all my journey
From airport transfer to accommodation, during my surgery or after care - all went smoothly thanks to them

They have the worst and horrible service I have ever had. They did right anything. They did not treat me what we agree. I supposed to have 20 e max at the end but I have 12 now and still they are ignoring me. They said that my crowns will be individual but for the back teeth they make 4 teeth in one as a bridge. Even though I have letter from them which shows that I have one by one crown, they make it even worse. Don’t make the same mistake what I have done. They are not trustworthy at all. I am really upset and no responsible person from management. I was shocked when I came to London. I went to the dentist here and after the x ray I figured out that my crowns are not one by one. I am really frustrated. I am not sure you will be able to read what I wrote here because all the time they are just removing my reviews. Don’t go there if you don’t wanna be regretful. They just stole my money and did not provide me what i need.
