Update 5/14/25: this place genuinely needs to close. Why are you charging just for me to drop off a package. Postal Annex will never see a cent from me. In fact, I will make it a mission to ensure NOBODY goes to this location. Every time I try to give this store a second chance, I am further disappointed in their service and penny pinching. A SCAM! I went to this postal annex yesterday in the hopes of mailing out a package and purchasing a book of stamps as the USPS down the street was closed. The merchant had a difficult time writing out my address as I slowly and clearly read out the information. I had to go back and have him edit multiple lines he typed in incorrectly. Shipping costs were insane too. I went to get a quote on sending a small (less than 1lb) package across the country and he said it would cost me about $20. I later go home to find out shipping through an online service would only cost me $9.50 for the same service and carrier. Additionally, before I left, I asked if I could purchase a book of stamps at least, to which he replied that it would cost $20, $1 per stamp. I questioned him, asking why they're $1 each if they're (currently) supposed to cost $0.60. He brushed me off, saying that if I want them cheaper, I had to buy them at the post office. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had as a customer ANYWHERE and I will not be returning anytime soon.

I just walked into this store for finger printing ( 1st Oct at 9:50 am). The employee (Anjalee) told me that they have another finger printing appointment at 10 am and I will have to wait. I called the store phone number and the phone line was busy while we were standing there. When I asked the employee why the stores phone line was busy. Employee went and did something and then the phone started ringing. I just wanted to share my experience so that the Owner /Supervisor at this store is more aware of my experience as a customet today.

I came to get my Livescan fingerprinting and had good friendly fast service. I had tried at UPS down the street before, but worker was not knowledgeable so I came here. The guy was much more knowledgeable and friendly also charged $10 less than at the UPS. Definitely recommend if you need the Livescan done

Update: OMG I went through all the reviews and find out that the usps package lost is very common here. They are not willing to give you a receipt when you dropped usps here(very suspicious) and then package will not be handed to usps on that day, eventually it will get lost. When you ask them, they will only say packages are given to usps. Well well So who took the package?🥸 original comment: I dropped a package here last week and it didn’t move for a whole week, so I called yesterday and there is a woman who answered the phone and confirmed with me that the package is still in the store. So I came into the store today and kindly asked the owner to check. then this owner flipped at me and started yelling, asking me to check with usps not them. I told him I checked on the phone yesterday with them and the package was still here yesterday, can you please check in the back. and then he flipped even more and started yelling at me to get out of the store. Something fishy is definitely going on here and please avoid dropping your packages here at all costs, I have never seen a business like this.

Edit 2: I just received a call about my "overdue account" FOUR MONTHS after I both emailed AND went in person to close my box. They have COMPLETELY lost the plot of their business. EDIT: going in to close my mailbox was yet another confirmation that whoever's running this place is in the wrong job. The owner is a terrible communicator who blames others for his inability to follow through. I was given a form to fill out that I didn't need...was told to email the owner to give notice, and never heard back, despite asking for confirmation. I truly hope this place goes out of business. *** I had a mailbox here for several years, through a couple management changes. The current team seems to struggle keeping up with their business. Despite having my information on file, they regularly mix up my CC#, "accidentally" leave the phone off the hook, REGULARLY forget to charge me when it's time to renew then want to charge ME a late fee -- it's ridiculous. The owner himself has yelled at me multiple times, and my godmother (who sometimes picks up my mail for me) too. She's the nicest woman on the planet and doesn't deserve that kind of treatment!! After a couple years of giving them chances, I found another mail service. I won't miss the people here AT ALL; they're rude AF and don't belong in customer service whatsoever.
