Novos Dental is honestly the best dental practice I’ve ever been to! The whole team is amazing, but I have to say the practice manager is outstanding – so friendly, organised, and always makes you feel completely at ease. Everything runs so smoothly, and you can tell how much care goes into looking after patients. I always feel welcomed and well looked after every time I visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

After moving four times and trying different dentists, I can honestly say Novos Dental is the best practice I’ve ever been to. The whole team is fantastic – so professional, welcoming, and caring. I had a really positive experience at Novos Dental Clinic in Birmingham. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the clinic itself is very clean and modern which helped put me at ease straight away. My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how professional the whole team was. It’s not always easy finding a dental clinic you feel you can trust, but I’m glad I chose Novos. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality dental care.

By far the worst dental surgery in the area, with the worst possible workforce. The hijabi with the glasses at reception thinks she knows it all and speaks like as if she's the lead dentist. I've never been able to have a conversation with her without her being argumentative (some recorded). Interestingly, others have pointed her out in their reviews too, which goes how problematic she is. They never guarantee an appointment, and when they give you one, on average it's a 5-6 week wait. Even then, there have been times whereby I've had my appointment cancelled the day before. They also can't seem to secure a permanent hygienist, which leads me to believe that nobody wants to work for them (and why would they one may query). The lead dentist — Shaheen, comes across rude, arrogant, and obnoxious. He has no bedside manners at all. Having said this, his assistant (I can't recall her name is very kind, polite and caring). They are very lucky to have her! Conveniently, their card machine never works and are quick to take cash payments without any other alternative (i.e bank transfer). Avoid at all costs. You're probably better off with the tooth pain than going through the pain of dealing with Novos and their staff, especially the receptionist.

So called practice manager/receptionist is so rude, makes patient feel guilty about even calling there...so argumentive and thinks shes always right not even thinking about patients health....cancels appointments and talks to the elderly very rudely. My 75 year old father was in severe pain and asked me to ring the dentist for him as the lady(spotty one with glasses)at reception is very rude. Get her out of there as the dentist themselves are fine but she is giving them a bad name. Obviously I am not a patient there, I've registered elsewhere, this is a review after recently contacting the clinic on behalf of my family member.. This is no personal attack these are the facts. My whole family was registered at this practice since Dr Kumars presence, the receptionists then would go out of their way for the patients. Why haven't the rest of the comments received a review? If you have a closer look at the rest of the negative comments they are about the same person, so the accusations you have made about me abusing your staff member are clearly not true...
