Real unprofessional receptionists.
Teenagers with an attitude snickering and laughing, rolling their eyes, and not looking to be helpful to a customer.
Keeps repeatedly speaking , when I clearly dont speak the language.
Not a single attempt at clarifying communication, or trying to show any willingness to make any translation or understanding.

The care here exceeds anything I've ever experienced in the United States. It's very easy to book any specialty, and they have all tests and services available immediately on site. The processes for everything is seamless. Everyone working there from the staff to the physicians are very compassionate and knowledgeable. I appreciate my translator, Vlad, who felt like a good friend. I feel very lucky to meet everyone here. I wish I could bring this place with me to the States and I wish everyone there peace and safety until I return.

Ermak Yevgeny Ivanovych, surgeon, vascular surgeon, phlebologist. My wife, card 1360483, turned to this specialist on 04.09.2025 for a disease of the lower extremities. After the consultation, a diagnosis was made and treatment was prescribed, and after 1 month she was to come for another appointment. At that time, she had small trophic ulcers and swelling of both legs. After one month, she came for an appointment again on 02.10.2025. At that time, she had larger ulcers from which lymph with a very unpleasant odor was coming out. After another examination of the extremities, the above-mentioned doctor recommended that she seek a consultation at the Institute of Emergency Surgery, explaining that he could not do anything here. He did not provide any diagnosis for the improvement or improvement of the condition of the extremities. We went to the above-mentioned institute by ambulance because my wife felt very bad. But we ended up not for a consultation, but for the amputation of both limbs. Therefore, my request to everyone who will seek help from the above-mentioned doctor is to be careful and avoid him, as well as the clinic itself.

I left with an unpleasant impression. You walk in like you're at a train station. There's not much space in the lobby, the chairs aren't comfortable. Well, this is the interior, let's say, there may be different opinions here. But the administrators and the cashier can't even properly calculate the final amount to be paid. You leave the clinic with the feeling that you've been cheated! I paid once, then they tell me that more is needed, that we've overpaid and you have to pay extra. There are no such prices for X-rays in Kharkiv, almost 1800 UAH for a certain picture! And the picture itself! I was simply shocked when I came to the orthopedist (to another clinic), and they told me that the picture was useless! It was simply taken in parts, cropped incorrectly. That is, even the professor couldn't connect the pictures of the spine so that you could see the full picture on it. I will never go back. I had a lot of problems because of them, because of this picture! Also, the price is skyrocketing! And then I went to have the images reprocessed, to receive a dose of radiation again. And I paid half as much at other places and got what I needed.

Scammers(( Doctor Shevchenko Natalia Alekseevna - makes patients take expensive and unnecessary tests, she is a completely incompetent person, interested in money. I went to her with problems with the gallbladder, she didn't really listen to the symptoms, she just prescribed a bunch of examinations and tests. This immediately confused me. I didn't take anything. I went individually (for a fee) to the head of the gastroenterology department in one of the state hospitals: she criticized this Shevchenko N.O. and On-Clinic, said that it was a money grab, diagnosed cholecystitis based on several tests and helped with treatment. Conclusion - I don't advise going to ON-Clinic, the essence of the clinic is to squeeze more money out of you with incompetent treatment
