Absolutely thrilled with my experience at this private clinic! After struggling with severe pain from my coil for weeks—so bad I couldn't even go to work—I was growing increasingly frustrated with the NHS's long waiting times. Thankfully, I found Mr. Maiti, who turned my situation around.
From our initial consultation to the scan, Mr. Maiti was incredibly thorough and reassuring. He quickly located my coil and, within just two minutes, removed it. Yes, it was painful, but honestly, I was expecting much worse. He clearly explained the process and offered options for local anesthetic, leaving the decision up to me, which I really appreciated.
A big shoutout to the nurse who held my hand during the procedure and helped keep me distracted—you made a difference! After weeks of discomfort, I'm finally pain-free and able to enjoy my life again.
Thank you, Mr. Maiti, and your amazing team! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of care.

I have had the best experience with pall mall! out of all my surgeries I have had the best experience has been with pall mall really easy to talk to and get In touch with nurses and staff are really friendly and willing to help at any time. Really talented surgeon my Hussain did my surgery would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get surgery! Super Happy 😊

I am so happy about my appointment today ! I had such a amazing doctor Rizwana Yakub She was very understanding, explained everything and was very gentle! That was my fris appointment and I had the best experience with all of it I really recommend her and the receptionist was so nice and helpful so happy 😁 thank you

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Was pushed into paying a deposit at the time of the consultation . Told no problems if I cancelled within 14 days. However trying to get my deposit back is a nightmare. Have had to chase up daily after 4 weeks waiting. Still waiting now. Been told it’ll be 5 working days from today that’s 5 weeks of holding on to it. Not acceptable.

I booked medical tests with Pall Mall Medical after finding them on Google, as they were the nearest provider and I urgently needed results for visa purposes. While the booking and tests themselves were carried out quickly, the real issue was with their handling of the results.
They failed to provide proper updates and, once the promised timeframe had passed, I had to repeatedly call for information. Each time, I was given a different explanation with no clear or consistent answer. The lack of communication and accountability was very evident.
For a medical service, failing to meet such basic standards especially when people depend on timely results for critical matters like visasis unacceptable. Overall, I found their service poor and unreliable.
