I want to warn everyone about Parla Clinic in Turkey and their partner company Veon Health. What they do feels like fraud. From the very beginning, they ask you to pay the full amount upfront — and it is not a small sum. Once they have your money, everything changes.
There is no proper organization, doctors keep changing, and nobody takes responsibility. They always find excuses — the laboratory is “not working,” something is “broken,” or appointments keep getting postponed. In the end, we had our treatment finished only on the very last night before our flight, almost at 1:30 a.m. This shows complete disrespect for patients.
The representatives, such as Oksana and Julia, present beautiful stories in their videos and advertisements: they promise support, translation, consultations, and full assistance. In reality, it is all lies. Once you pay, you are left alone. There is no real help, no understanding, and certainly no compensation for their mistakes.
The most shocking part is the way they handle dental implants — instead of properly fixing them, they literally glue them. This is unacceptable and dangerous.
They smile in your face, and when something goes wrong, the only word you hear is “sorry.” But sorry does not fix the damage, and sorry does not return the money you have lost.
This clinic and its partner are misleading people, taking advantage of patients, and providing unprofessional, unsafe services. Be very careful — I strongly recommend avoiding them.
