I brought my parents to Medipol Mega University Hospital for a full medical check-up and had a great experience from start to finish. The doctors and staff were professional and attentive. Our interpreter Amina was excellent—accompanying us throughout the day and making everything smooth and clear. Airport transfers and transport to our accommodation were perfectly arranged. Special thanks to Özlem from the London office for organizing everything on such short notice. Her support made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Scam. Waist of money and time. They don't care about anything except your money. I had an appointment with Dr. Celil Uslu. I paid 200 EUR for having a second opinion for my MRI results, he did the basic check which I didn't needed and was in hurry to get rid of me to have another patients. No help, no explanations, nothing useful. WiFi doesn't work, but I think it's a common thing in Turkey. Not recommended

I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The response time was extremely slow, and when I finally received a reply, I didn’t receive clear information about services ( asking my passport to give me more details) . I communicated in English, yet the representative appeared unprepared and unprofessional, even becoming argumentative when I inquired about the delayed response. This experience raises serious concerns about the hospital professionalism. If the communication is this poor from the very beginning, No way to trust the quality of care that will follow.

What a waste of time and money. The only good thing this hospital has - a translator service, at least thanks for that. We were referred from a network hospital (Acibadem Medipol) to see a pediatric endocrinologist. We came on time, with all the blood tests we had so far (from Medipol Acibadem and independent laboratory), all tests show similar elevated blood sugar of my baby. BUT the doctor said he didn't trust the results and wanted us to retake blood tests at Mega Medipol. I would understand if he said that about some other sources. But he said he didn't trust the results from a hospital in the SAME network (MEDIPOL). and these blood tests are not smth complicated, (simple glucose, insuline, C-peptide, etc) How can these be so different? Why should I spend extra $200 for the same tests? Does this doctor think that being a foreigner means having more money? NO!!! we don't have more money! But we have critical thinking and we can see that his doctor wasn't caring about a child. I don't recommend this hospital with such unprofessional doctors!

I came to this hospital for a rhinoplasty with Dr Erkan Soylu. He has destroyed me and my nose, and I am stuck like this. I have been treated with no humanity. The hospital is aware of everything that goes on and they are involved.
