Terrible after care from this Denist. Their work resulted in an infection that went down to my bone and resulted in needing a root canal. This costs £800 in the Uk. You replied to one email and when I couldn’t return to Thailand you have stopped replying which isn’t acceptable. Two Denist”s have informed that it was the fillings being too deep that presented me with the problem. One star is too many.

They did a great job fixing my teeth. I'm very happy with my new smile. The dentist and her assistant were really gentle and sweet, and took their time. I would really recommend going here if you want a smile make over. Also the price was really good (especially compared with the Dutch dentist prices), and they made me an appointment on a very short notice as I don't stay long in Pattaya. Thank you very much!!! 😁

I do not recommend this clinic. I visited due to severe pain and booked an appointment through their Facebook page. However, when I arrived, they claimed they had no record of my appointment. I also asked if I could pay by credit card, and they assured me I could. After filling out a form and waiting, I was called in to see the dentist. She rudely told me to sit down and place my bag on the other chair. She impatiently asked about my pain, and after I explained, she covered my face with a cloth, instructed me to open my mouth, and then sent me for an X-ray. After the X-ray, the dentist looked at the results at the reception and told me I needed a root canal but didn’t have time to do anything at that moment. I asked if I could receive some medication, and she rudely agreed, simply writing the name of the antibiotic on a piece of paper without giving a proper prescription or explaining which tooth required the root canal or offering any details about my condition. To make matters worse, I was unable to pay with a card, and their payment system was outdated. The young female dentist was unhelpful, and the entire experience was frustrating and unpleasant!

Cheaters just run ! They said I have to remove my two wisdom teeth, while the other clinic next door said if the wisdom teeth doesn’t cause problem I don’t need to remove it The doctor doesn’t speak English at all and the translator is rude , when I point it out to her that my doctor in Luxembourgish never let me remove my wisdom teeth how come suddenly she asks me to remove it, and right now. She didn’t reply but she told me to google it. I googled it , it says also wisdom teeth doesn’t need to be removed if they are not causing any pain or problems They just want your money and being dishonest to creat anxiety letting you feel you have a problem. And need to be immediately treated Cheaters. Run

Avoid at all costs. This was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. I went in for a routine cleaning, and not only was it painful multiple times, but when I flinched, the dentist snapped, “Oh please, it doesn’t hurt.” Excuse me? That’s how you speak to patients? Especially as a healthcare professional? My girlfriend went in for a second opinion on a suspected gum infection after a difficult extraction elsewhere. Instead of examining or offering help, the dentist dismissively said, “Go back to your own dentist.” No care, no concern, no professionalism. Her attitude was cold, rude, and downright unprofessional. And judging by the rough way she handled both of us, her dental skills aren’t much better. Absolutely would not recommend.
