Very nice staff and we always found a time that suited my schedule. The hair removal treatment was completely ineffective for me. The effectiveness of such things may vary from person to person, but I expected more than absolutely zero. My biggest problem is that when I expressed my dissatisfaction during the treatment process, they always just convinced me that more sessions were needed. They tried to respond to my complaints with subsequent information, which should have been provided the first 1-2 times.

I went to the clinic for a mole screening and then for a mole removal. From the receptionist to the clinic manager to the doctors, everyone was very kind and thorough. I felt completely safe during both the examination and the procedure. They listened and kept me informed throughout what was going to happen. I received excellent service for my money. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend the clinic! I went there today for hyaluronic acid fillers, I am completely satisfied, first of all I received reassuring answers to all my questions, they explained the treatment thoroughly, we discussed together what kind of end result I wanted, so I was much calmer when we started. I was very attentive to me the whole time, both the doctor and the assistant were very kind. They thoroughly explained what to watch out for and what I could experience after the treatment. And the result was very beautiful, exactly as I wanted! I am very satisfied!

I went to Perfect Laser because of snoring. After three treatments and several hundred thousand forints, I snore exactly the same as before. I didn't get any guarantees. The excuses that "everyone's body works differently" or "an additional treatment may be needed" are good. All this is not free, since you've already wasted 300,000 for nothing, let alone the fourth hundred, but of course they don't guarantee anything either. The customer service is really high-level, but neither my problem was solved, nor will I see my money again.
