Dr Walton was someone I trusted for years… until something went wrong. I had a facial procedure done with him and my results were not good. One side of my face turned out great, the other side I was left with a deformed looking result with indentations and puckering along the side of my face, it looked like I was in an accident and was left with terrible scarring. I reached out to Dr. Walton about 10 times with little to no response. He mentioned in one response he had never seen anything like it, he did his best, no guarantees and was unable to offer a solution. He was defensive and cold. My self esteem was at an all time low and I seriously went into a depression which I emailed Dr. Walton repeatedly to tell him how I was feeling, again with no response. I had multiple PS examine me and they agreed it wasn’t a good outcome.
After 50+ years as a plastic surgeon he should know how to correct his own work. It took a huge toll on my life and confidence. With so many unanswered emails and calls I decided to try and correct the right side of my face. I’ve spent nearly $20k with fat transfers, scar revisions and like $10k in filler just to get the right side of my face to match the left.
I’m beyond disappointed. He had nothing to lose in helping me. Instead of being kind and solution oriented he just kinda left me to fend for myself. Thanks to the help of a few PS in NYC and Miami I was able to create a somewhat even result. I’ll most likely need more fat transfers and filler. In certain light you can see the contours on the right of my face aren’t soft and natural looking like the left.
It’s been very difficult to go through. I saved up and was so excited to get this procedure. I spent as much correcting 1 side of my face than the entire original surgery cost.

I was referred to Dr. Walton after seeing several other surgeons to replace a ruptured silicone implant from previous breast reconstruction. Dr. Walton removed the damaged implant and used my own tissue to construct my breast. After many years of having a hard implant, I now have a soft, warm breast that feels like my natural breast. Dr. Walton fully explained the procedure and patiently answered all of my questions so that I felt confident with the plan of care. I am very happy with my results and thankful for Dr. Walton!

I went to Dr. Walton for a prophylactic mastectomy. He was very knowledgeable about the procedure and made sure I had a proper understanding about each step of the surgery. He only schedules one patient at a time so there is never a wait in the office and he takes time during each appointment to give you his full attention, which made the biggest impression on me. Grace (the office manager) is extremely kind and efficient as well making sure to schedule everything appropriately and coordinate with insurance. The entire process with Dr. Walton was seamless and worry free. I'm so happy with my results and grateful to have found such a wonderful doctor. I would highly recommend him whether medical or cosmetic!

After a terrible simple deviated septum surgery I was left with a botched surgery for over a year from a previous medical group. I went to 2 other large hospitals in Chicago for help before I went to Dr. Walton and he knew exactly what was wrong. It was a huge relief! The staff he has along with himself is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. They go out of there way to help. Dr. Walton makes you feel comfortable and he genuinely cares about you and knows how to help. I have recommended friends to him even before he has done my surgery.

Dr. Walton is the best because he knows what he is doing. After my surgery, I was 'back to normal' which means no pain afterwards and he did a fabulous job. He has a good heart.
