I recently visited the clinic at vision@pragamedica.com for cataract surgery, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. After struggling with poor vision and the annoyance of wearing glasses for far too long, I decided it was time for a change.
From the moment I arrived, the clinic exuded a sense of professionalism and luxury. The meet and greet process was seamless, and the staff spoke excellent English, making me feel comfortable and cared for right from the start.
The procedure itself was surprisingly pain-free, which was a welcome relief. The team was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt at ease.
Four weeks later, I can proudly say I have perfect vision! This has truly been the best gift I could have given myself. I’m grateful to the wonderful staff at Pragamedica for their expertise and compassionate care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering eye surgery! Thank you for changing my life!

I highly recommend it with all my heart, everything is going wonderfully. Everything went smoothly, the procedure itself was comfortable and completely painless, I felt cared for at every stage and could count on help, the results are spectacular. Every morning I wake up and when I open my eyes I can't believe what I see. I can see perfectly at any distance, and considering that it's only been three days since the procedure and my vision will continue to improve, I feel like I have superpowers. Just a few hours after the procedure, I could see better than I could before the procedure with my glasses on. Top-of-the-line lasers at a great price. Thank you for your help.

My eyes weren’t that bad before having lens replacement surgery with these people. I just needed glasses for driving and some reading. I was told I would have perfect all round vision.
After having surgery there, I have dry painful eyes two years later and need glasses to cut my nails. No support after procedure, so don’t be fooled by their over assisting support before the surgery. Once you’ve had it done and paid, they’re not interested. I wish I had gone somewhere local in the uk and had the support our country is known for and the standards they have to abide by. Think very carefully and look at the bad reviews here, that get washed away with suspect positive reviews.

I contacted you three times and each time I was told to give my eyes more time to improve. It’s been years now and they haven’t. I already returned to Prague once to have corrective work which made little difference
The last time I called you, to say I have very bad dry eyes and blurry vision, you told me to go to my local optician or someone that can specialise in dealing with dry eyes.
My name is Mr. A Davis and you will see that I had lens replacement surgery in October 2020 and returned for corrective work in 2022. I was told in November 2024 to see a specialist in the UK as there’s nothing you can do. You didn’t even allow me to speak to a doctor directly. This was all communicated by your receptionist.
I find this to be absolutely disgraceful treatment and especially when you’re dealing with somebody’s eyesight.

I am really happy that choose Praga Medica!
I got Trifocal lens replacement on 9th and 10th of April. Very well organised from the start to end.Still have a good communication and support with my coordinator.I was more stressfull before first time conntacted with Praga Medica than when went to surgery. There don't need to stressing,everything going fast and without any pain.My surgery was 16 minutes.
I used reading glasses for 8 years and distance glasses for 2 years.3 hours after surgery I was reading my phone,first time after 8 years!I feel improvement every week.
In outside I am using sunglasses for safety and bright light.When driving still glare,but will go in weeks.
I am really recommend Praga Medica!
I got new vision and the best memories from butifful Old town!

Very efficient experience, from landing at the airport and the transfer to the (very nice) hotel (which is a 5 minute walk from the clinic), to the clinical admin, assessments, surgery and post-surgery checks. It's a very swept-up process, with friendly and helpful (English-speaking) staff, and the added bonus of being considerably better value than the UK, and getting to visit the beautiful city of Prague; it's very cheap and easy to get around, with lots to see and do. I've worn glasses for 40 years, so being free of them is slightly weird - in a good way - and I'm particularly looking forward to the winter when I won't have to need to constantly de-mist my glasses.
