I recently had otoplasty (ear pinning surgery) with Dr. Gabriel, and I couldn’t be more happy with the entire experience and the end results!! I came from Calgary, Canada, and was a bit nervous about the procedure, but from start to finish, everything was seamless and exceeded my expectations. Dr. Gabriel, his nurses, and Karla, his assistant, made sure I felt well taken care of throughout the process.
Karla set up a Zoom consultation with Dr. Gabriel, where he took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and give me his professional recommendation on the best day for surgery during my vacation in Cancun. This thoughtful approach made me feel confident about the entire process even before arriving. Karla, who I communicated with via WhatsApp, was incredibly responsive, kind, and professional. I honestly don’t think I would have gone through with the surgery if it wasn’t for Karla’s dedication and care.
Dr. Gabriel recommended local anesthesia, and he was so wonderful in keeping me calm and informed throughout the procedure. He explained everything he was doing step-by-step, which really helped alleviate any nerves I had. The level of kindness and professionalism he showed made the entire experience so much smoother than I had anticipated. By the time I left the clinic, I felt great and was able to walk out 100% happy with my decision.
I’m currently in the healing process, it's been a week since the procedure, and once my ears have fully healed, I’ll be back to share my before and after photos!
