Im from Canada and have been looking for a good clinic for my hair transplant for some time until I came across this one. Communication and set up process was super easy and hassle free straight to the point. Best value results and overall experience money can by they are extremely friendly staff and the Doctor is absolutely amazing. I was comfortable the entire surgery. Felt no pain no issues whatsoever. I recommend this to everyone. Stop looking else where and just go here you will not regret it! Cheers guys

Dr. Sandelewski disfigured me. It's not about the poor effect of the transplant (it was tragic, a few dozen hairs grew in different directions, but I would have given up on that, my stupidity, I should have shaved my head straight away and not messed around). It's about what he left on the back of my head.
The transplant was done in Bielsko-Biała with a strip of skin cut out. Dr. Sandelewski assured me that the strip would be small and could be easily hidden under the hair. In reality, a very large part of the back of my head was left with a scar and no hair. To cover it up, I had to start wearing long hair there, which looked ridiculous with my gaps in the front of my head.
After a few months, I went back to Dr. Sandelewski. He must have been terrified, because he offered a second procedure completely free of charge. I agreed, but the procedure did nothing but cause pain. There was no more hair, the bald spot on the back of my head did not get smaller despite re-sewing. After a few more months, Dr. Sandelewski offered another free procedure, but even I could see that it didn't make any sense. I waited a little longer, hoping that maybe there would be some effect after all.
Finally, I wrote Dr. Sandelewski an email asking for a refund of the transplant costs. It wouldn't have been any compensation, but at least I would have the money to look for someone who knows about this and would try to fix it all for me. Many years passed and I didn't get any response to that email.
After some time, I found a real specialist. He improved the procedures performed by Dr. Sandelewski as much as he could. He managed to transplant a lot of hair to cover the ones sticking out in different directions, and most importantly, he reduced the scar area at the back of my head by about three times. It's still big, but compared to what it was, it's nothing.

I had a transplant procedure 8 months ago. Dr. Sandelewski is a professional at the highest level. The procedure was performed perfectly, in sterile conditions, with assistance as during surgery. Great care after the procedure, excellent contact, very helpful staff. After 8 months, the hair is growing wonderfully. I am very satisfied and with a clear conscience I can recommend the Doctor. I would never decide to have the procedure outside the country, and if there is such a need, I will certainly return only to Dr. Sandelewski. Thank you Doctor.

A very professional hair transplant procedure performed at the highest level. I recommend San Medical in Bielsko-Biała to everyone, led by one of the best specialists in Poland, Dr. Artur Sandelewski, doctor of medical sciences, with an extremely helpful medical staff :)
