For the crazy amount of money for the consultation , they provide bare minimum information and will almost kick you out of the orthodontist office to avoid receiving more questions from you. Disappointed

I am thankful to have found Schill Dental Clinic. My 5-year-old daughter has always been very anxious and fearful of any medical or dental procedures. Our experience with my daughter's previous dentist in Vancouver was quite traumatic. She would scream through her appointments and always left crying. She needed some fillings and they suggested treating her cavities using general anesthesia. The thought of putting her under was frightening, so we sought a second opinion at Schill Dental Clinic during our vacation in Prague.
From the moment we met Dr. Radka Krupkova, I knew we were in the right place. She was very kind, friendly and used child-appropriate language. I could tell she quickly won my daughter over. By the end of our first appointment, my typically shy and anxious daughter was actually smiling and enjoying her visit. After we left the clinic, she kept talking about how nice and kind her new dentist was. It was amazing to see my little girl so at ease!
Over the next three appointments, Radka treated all of my daughter's cavities using only lidocaine for freezing. She tolerated the fillings really well while watching her favorite Peppa Pig show. She is now so proud of herself and happily shows off her pink fillings to everyone. Thanks to Radka, we avoided the need for unnecessary general anesthesia or sedation.
The care we received was both compassionate and cost-effective, costing only a fraction of the original estimate from our previous dentist. Thank you, Radka, for making one little girl very proud of her "pink unicorn teeth" and for helping her overcome her fear of the dentist.
I am more than happy to recommend Schill Dental Clinic, especially Dr. Radka Krupkova, to any parent seeking a kind and proficient dentist for their child - she is s true Little Teeth Whisperer!

Avoid this clinic, or you will be disappointed. It is the worst dental clinic in Prague. They treat you like a dog and humiliate people.
The only thing they are interested in is profit, I really recommend you to find another clinic, this one is very poor.
Edit: I have visited your clinic twice, it is obvious that you cannot take negative reviews. You are the worst dental clinic in Prague.

Terrible. I was a new patient who came for a consultation. My appointment was at 3pm, I was waiting until 3:25 - nobody informed me of any delay, nobody apologised, so then I left - I would not be willing to pay for this anymore. Definitely not the kind of service you expect at this price range. Unfortunately, Czech healthcare services (even private) still lack the professionalism of the western world.

I recently visited Schill Dental Clinic in Prague and was left disappointed. The clinic seemed more focused on maximizing profits than on patient care. I was charged 800+ CZK for a brief 4-minute consultation just to be told to return for an X-ray costing 4400 CZK. The front desk staff couldn't clarify what this fee included.
Moreover, it felt like the clinic was unnecessarily stretching out the treatment into multiple appointments, which could have been combined into one. This not only inconvenienced me but also seemed like a tactic to inflate costs.
In conclusion, my experience at Schill Dental Clinic was unsatisfactory. The focus appeared to be more on financial gain than on patient wellbeing.
