I recently had a non-surgical rhinoplasty and lip enhancement at The London Cosmetic Clinic, and I’m beyond happy with the results. The consultation process was thorough – Dr. Salinda Johnson answered all my questions and clearly explained the procedures, risks, and aftercare.
What stood out to me was how personalized the treatment felt. Nothing was rushed, and I felt like my aesthetic goals were genuinely understood. Post-treatment, I experienced minimal swelling, and the results have been very natural – enhancing my features without making it obvious I had anything done.
The clinic itself is in a great location, very clean, and well-organized. The whole team was friendly and professional. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trusted cosmetic provider in London.

I’ve visited twice so far for steroid injection treatments to support the healing of surgical scars, and I’ve seen significant improvement. Dr. Johnson is highly professional and kind, and her team is friendly and helpful throughout the process. That said, there is some room for improvement in the front-desk greeting experience—it could feel a bit more welcoming upon arrival.

Amazing service. Lovely and friendly staff. Highly recommend this clinic to family and friends. They are caring an offer advice in detail; so you don’t feel rushed or not heard.
Everyone takes the time to talk to you, they offer advise and go way above a beyond to help clients out.

Dr. Johnson is especially skilled in treating keloids and offers a range of treatments tailored to your specific condition. Her attention to detail and expertise make you feel confident and well looked after throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her clinic to anyone seeking expert care for keloids and other skin-related issues.

This place is awful with time management, every appointment I had with Dr Johnson I would get a phone call a couple of hours before by one of her receptionists asking me to come another day or do a different time despite already being on my way. You shouldn’t book patients in if you can’t commit to a time, it seems like the Dr is always desperate to go home early. The Dr was also not very personable and consultations would last less than 5 minutes however the nurse was friendly. I will take my money elsewhere and would not recommend LCC, it’s disappointing that my keloid has not been resolved despite spending a lot of money.
