I am so grateful to have found Dr. Sayed! I did a lot of research beforehand and took my time to find the right plastic surgeon for me. I had a breast lift and augmentation. I was looking for a more natural look and nothing too drastic. Dr. Sayed’s bedside manner is very reassuring. He always takes the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, while providing a great deal of knowledge about the procedure. I am beyond happy with my results and I feel more confident than ever! Thank you, Dr. Sayed and his wonderful team! They have been absolutely fantastic every step of the way!

I am so grateful to Dr. Sayed and his team. A huge thank you to Dr. Sayed for helping me regain my health. He treated me with care, was a great listener, and the results were better than I expected. I feel and look better than I did with implants. His team, Tammy (no longer there but was so helpful), Salma, & Paola made each step of the way so much easier. Without all of their support, I'm not sure I would have had such great results mentally and physically. If you need to explant, Dr. Sayed comes highly recommended.

The staff at Dr. Sayed’s office was very helpful from start to finish. Their professionalism was outstanding and I felt very comfortable from the first day that I walked into his office for consultation. Dr. Sayed made me feel very confident in his procedures and reassured me that I would be well taken care of. Dr. Sayed is a true artist and really cares about his work. He has a compassionate demeanor not only during consultation but every step of the way assuring me that I was in good hands. The emotional support that I received from staff members far exceeded my expectations. My breast explant surgery went according to schedule with no problems and 100% satisfaction.

I had my first set of implants 15 years ago and received my second set of implants 3 years ago after having a single mastectomy due to breast cancer. When I discovered the breast implant illness group and associated website so many of my mysterious symptoms/illnesses seemed to make sense. I also discovered (not having been told by my previous surgeons) that implants are not lifetime devices and need to be replaced every 10 -15 years. I decided that I did not want to keep going under anesthesia every 10 years or so and if removing them could add quality to my life (I'm only 46) having them removed was worth it. Finding a surgeon that had the experience, confidence and care needed for my situation was not easy. Dr. Sayed was the fourth surgeon I met with in the San Diego area and the only one who met all of my needs. He and his staff are kind, caring and skilled. Even knowing that I had already had several consults, he explained the full process to me as though it were my first, which really put me at ease with his level of knowledge and skill. I am 3 months post-op and I am very happy with my decision to have my surgery with Dr. Sayed. The procedure itself went smoothly and recovery has been fairly easy. Dr. Sayed is truly a skilled surgeon and I highly recommend him.

My experience with Dr. Sayed has been phenomenal. He performed an En Bloc Capsulectomy with Mastopexy (explant with lift). I was extremely meticulous and thorough when researching and selecting a surgeon. He has several years of experience and he is highly credentialed. I verified his licensing as well as the licensing and accreditation of the surgery centers and anesthesiologists he works with and all are what you want when trusting a doctor for your care. His office is very clean and inviting. The surgery center was equally as pleasing. His entire care team have been amazing and have wonderful bedside manners. During my consultation, I had many questions and they answered each of them with kindness and ease. There were no sour attitudes or pressure tactics. They are supportive and are quickly responsive through recovery and aftercare, especially as you encounter concerns along the way. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Dr. Sayed himself hours after surgery, just to check on my well-being. Dr. Sayed truly is an excellent surgeon and I am grateful to have found him. He (and his team) have taken very good care of me during a challenging time. At every appointment, from the consultation to regular post-op visits, I have had the opportunity to meet with him as he does not pass his responsibility of care off to other staff, and he patiently explains the process of care and progress. I am extremely happy with my results. There is no doubt his warmth, expertise, and the pride and care he takes in his work plays a large role in the overall outcome. I highly recommend him.
