I had crowns placed on four teeth in January. One broke after a month, and I let it go. But when the second one broke after five months, that was it.
I had high hopes for the quality, but the experience was disappointing. Communication was minimal- no aftercare instructions, no mention of restrictions or warranty unless I asked. After each visit, it was just “you’re done” - no follow-up, no guidance.
I was quoted for four separate crowns but later realized they placed two crowns and a bridge on two teeth - without discussing or approving that change. I didn’t mind the solution, but it should’ve been clearly explained.
Overall, a lack of reliability and transparency. I can’t recommend this clinic.

Very poor quality.
I left the clinic hoping everything would be fine. I paid a lot of money. But the problems started right away — everything hurt. They told me: “It’ll pass, you just need time.”
It’s been 4 months now. Nothing passed — it only got worse. The pain is unbearable, especially at night and when I try to eat.
The crowns were placed crooked and uneven. You can clearly see they weren’t fitted properly. On the lower jaw, the bite doesn’t close at all. Food gets stuck, there’s sensitivity, and my gums are inflamed.
I went to a local dentist — they told me everything needs to be redone. I’m exhausted, both financially and mentally. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

I want to warn everyone about Tülay Akkol Dental Clinic and share my mom’s experience. She went there in August to fix her teeth, and they promised 100% quality work within a week. They made all the crowns, but instead of considering her preferences, they shaped them how they wanted. From the beginning, she felt uncomfortable and told them she didn’t like the fit. Instead of fixing it, they insisted she would get used to it.
Three months later, one of her teeth fell out—turns out, it was just glued to her gum, which is completely against medical procedures. When she went to her dentist back home, he was shocked and said even dental students wouldn’t make such mistakes. She now experiences constant bleeding, and the clinic’s promise that everything would be fine in two months was clearly false.
To make things worse, the clinic’s translator, Arina, pressured her to leave a 5-star review immediately after the procedure—before she even had time to see the real results. Suspicious, right? Now, she’s facing serious dental issues and will have to spend even more money to fix everything. The only positive thing about the clinic was the airport transfer in a nice car.
She asked for a refund, but they refused. Instead, they told her to come back so they could “fix” their work. But she doesn’t live in Turkey, and she definitely doesn’t trust them to experiment on her again. This whole situation is a warning—don’t trust clinics just because they have good reviews. Many of us travel from different countries expecting quality service, only to get ripped off.
She has now hired a lawyer to investigate the clinic’s qualifications and won’t stop until she gets answers. This isn’t just about money anymore—it’s about holding them accountable.
