I can’t thank the entire UK Skin team enough for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout my surgery and recovery. From the very first consultation to the day of the procedure, everyone was incredibly welcoming and reassuring, which made me feel completely at ease.
On the day of my surgery, the nurses and medical team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and calm every step of the way. Their care and genuine compassion really stood out — it never felt rushed or impersonal, but thoughtful and supportive.
The whole process was smooth, well-organised, and handled with such professionalism. I felt I was in the best possible hands from start to finish.
Thank you again to the entire team at UK Skin for everything you do — you’ve truly made my experience a very positive one, and I couldn’t recommend you highly enough!

I had a procedure on the 2nd September and was really impressed by the clinic and the service. The clinic is exceptionally clean and has a lovely atmosphere, all the reception staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. When I went to have my procedure both the surgeon and the scrub nurse were friendly, professional and kind. I felt immediately at ease. The communication between the clinical staff and the administrative staff also appeared to be quite good which to me is a positive sign, I didn’t feel I had to explain anything, as they were already on it.
I would 100% return to the clinic in Birmingham in future. I had this procedure before around 10 years ago at another cosmetic surgery clinic and I can already say a day after that the procedure was smoother and the experience more positive. Thank you!

Cannot recommend UKSKIN enough! I was made to feel so comfortable, the clinic was clean and welcoming, and the surgeon and scrub nurse were lovely. I really felt like I was in good hands. I had my ear lobe repaired and it was completely pain free, the healing process has been great and my lobe looks just like my other ear - amazing work. The nurse at my local surgery thought it was impressive too and I even got a free tote bag!

I had my earlobes repaired in the Birmingham clinic. The appointment went really well, and I felt very reassured and cared for throughout the procedure. I also really appreciated the takeaway bag with extra supplies of bandages and cleaning solution. From entering the clinic to leaving after the procedure, I had a superb experience, and I would definitely recommend the clinic to everyone.
I also loved the hot chocolate!

I have to say the team, surgeon, nurses, reception and all involved with the daily operation were incredible. I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable and everything was explained clearly. So happy with the treatment. It’s a big thing going for treatment and trying to pick the right place. However I highly recommend UK Skin. Just excellent from start to finish.
