I had four fillings done, three of which fell out within three days. The last filling fell out three months later, and they are all the same tooth. I've come to the conclusion that this doesn't work here. I don't know if it's the material you use or why. I have ten-year-old fillings I've had done elsewhere. Thankfully, I haven't had any problems with the filling I had done here. As I said, four fillings fell out within three months.

We had veneers done for my mother at Ulusoydent Dental Clinic. The doctor who performed them, Meryem Ulusoy, is the clinic's owner. However, the veneer didn't fit my mother's teeth, despite our repeated requests. She reacted by scolding her.
I can't eat, there are gaps under the veneer, and it's seeping into her. My mother says, "This is unacceptable." I took her to another dentist, my own dentist, who said it was completely incompatible and needed to be rebuilt. He said it didn't fit perfectly with her jaw and palate. At the next checkup, I went with her and asked my mother repeatedly if it was possible. Did you take the wrong measurements or did the veneers make mistakes? The doctor still insisted, "This is okay, go to another doctor," and said, "It's all done."
We went and told her it didn't work, and she said it needed to be rebuilt. I told her it didn't work. She said it wasn't a good idea. She said it was a noticeable veneer in my mouth, both aesthetically and structurally unrelated to the palate. But the doctor still refused. When the argument dragged on, they said they'd do it again. They did the rework, and it didn't work. We were extremely demoralized. My mother initially chose it because it was close to her residence, but we didn't do any research, and we learned that there were many victims, which we deeply regretted. When patients are dissatisfied, what kind of business ethics would be appropriate for a doctor, especially a clinic owner, to be rude and insult others when they should be finding a solution? We are still unhappy with the teeth, but they have psychologically exhausted my mother so much that we don't want to deal with them. The money she gave is gone, and she still can't eat properly. She has to have them done again elsewhere, and the cost has doubled. We don't want other patients to suffer like us. We are very sorry.

Thanks to Ulusoy Dental Clinic, I've finally overcome my braces treatment, which I've been putting off for years due to my fear of dentists. My treatment is going very well. They're friendly, meticulous, and a perfect place where you'll feel comfortable. I extend my gratitude to Meryem and her team. They're professional, and your fears are completely gone. A company that takes measurements three times for a record and cannot produce a record for weeks, and then prices two records upside down and has them made, then claims that we have quoted the wrong price for a single record and demands double the price, thus victimizing us.

When I went to Fatih Bey for the abscess and swelling in my tooth, I was met with a superior attitude. He said that my tooth needed to be extracted. Later, when I saw Meryem Hoca at the same clinic, he said that there was a possibility that the tooth could be saved with root canal treatment. Meryem Hoca examined me with a smile and explained the situation. I think there should be a more explanatory and correct approach to patients in terms of both health and trust. I recommend that those who will prefer it should get detailed information.
