Absolutely unacceptable experience. I came here with a child in an emergency — a broken orthodontic system causing discomfort and risk. Instead of helping, the reception insisted that a “first consultation” must be booked, and only after that they might do something. I was also asked for an appointment — which of course I did not have, because this was an emergency.
Their final excuse? “We don’t take responsibility for a system installed in another clinic.” That may be understandable for full treatment, but not for the most basic and urgent help — simply removing the broken part to relieve a child in pain.
This shows zero empathy, zero flexibility, and zero understanding of what real medical service means. Emergencies don’t wait for appointments.
Maybe the doctors are skilled, but with such cold and careless reception and a total lack of customer service, this clinic is a serious risk.
If you expect real help in urgent situations — especially for children — stay away.

This review is regarding only the front reception. I visited with my sister-in-law who was the patient. She gets around in a wheelchair. When we arrived she attempted to get the reception staff's attention. The counter here is high and for standing patients, though the staff are seated. The staff were not all busy because as soon as I stood by the counter I was asked how they could help, I pointed out my sister was waiting to be helped. Instead of standing and speaking directly to her I was asked for her name. I told her she should speak to my sister not me. There seemed very little interest to engage with her. The reception desk could have one place where patients such as my sister-in-law would be treated better and with respect. In the 21st century it is appalling that a fully independent adult who nonetheless is in a wheelchair should be treated in this manner.

I definitely recommend this clinic. I'm very pleased with my treatment with Dr. Iga Wojniak and hygiene with Ms. Martyna. The procedures are performed in high standard and the patient is treated with great care.

Visited the clinic recently .Absolutely amazing interiors and very friendly staff.Doctor who did my assessment was great -he has given me great advise it was worth travelling from so far .I must admit I felt a little bit like at Warsaw Central station whilst in the room people were constantly coming in and out I found it a bit annoying also I arrived 20 min before the appointment but the doctor thought I was late because reception staff send me upstairs later than they should (I assume ) Overall I recommend the place I just feel like it could improve a bit ;)

Final feedback and reflecions.
The clinic gave me a new beatiful and functional smile that i dreamed of for long time.
Dr. Julietta performed bone grafts and implants with no stress and no pain. Her calm, relaxed and confidante approach turned this intimidating procedure into a trusting experience.
Dr. Beata Borsuk took the task of a full-mouth reconstruction. She is incredible: skilled, open-minded and dedicated. She arranged many fitting sessions (also at the labolatory) and was avaliable all the time to my needs.
VillaNova's concierge, Agata Kalinowska, was always avaliable to answer any concerns. she made things much easier.
VillaNova is more than just a clinic. It is not only a place where my dental challenges were solved with the highest expertise and friendliest attitudes but an example of fantastic team work, too. The price was high, but finally I CAN SMILE MY TRUE SELF.
