VM Medical Park Pendik Hastanesi is a very well-organized and professional hospital. The facilities are modern, clean, and comfortable, making patients feel at ease from the first moment. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring, while the nurses and staff are always attentive, polite, and ready to help with anything needed. The hospital is also easy to reach and has a smooth registration process, which makes everything more convenient. Overall, it’s a reliable place for treatment and healthcare with high-quality service.

Review – VM Medical Park Pendik (16-09-2025 visit)
I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. I visited the dermatologist for an electrocauter treatment to remove an infection on my foot. The dermatologist only looked briefly at my foot and told me to visit the plastic surgery department. When I went to plastic surgery, the doctor there told me the exact opposite — to go back to the dermatologist.
In the end, no one actually examined or treated my foot properly, and no one took responsibility for curing the problem I came for. The hospital’s “good service” is only limited to the patient registration desk. After that, the doctors do not listen to patients seriously. Even more unprofessional, the assistants sitting with the doctors behaved more like they were there for socializing than for medical support.
This kind of careless attitude and lack of responsibility is unacceptable for a medical institution. I do not recommend anyone to visit this hospital.

I bring my 4yo cerebral palsy child to physiotherapy in this hospital. We worked with several therapists, and they all are very interested and professional. They are very friendly with kids while keeping good discipline, so that my child does his therapy tasks much better than at home. And they use equipment like vibration platform and electrical stimulation for muscles. My child has ÇOZGER report. We have 2 sessions per week with governmental support. I strongly recommend this place.

Excellent facilities and staff. I was looked after very well by the doctors and all the nurses. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at ease even with the language barrier. A lot of staff speak English but those who don't use Google translate to communicate with you and make sure you are OK.

The doctors, especially the eye specialist and the endocrinologist, were highly skilled, thorough, and compassionate, ensuring we felt confident and well cared for.
The nurses were equally amazing—attentive, kind, and always ready to assist. A special thanks to the translator team, whose dedication made every interaction smooth and stress-free. Their support ensured that we never felt like strangers in a foreign land.
