Professor Dr. Stefan Pieh is a leading Austrian ophthalmologist. He specializes in refractive and cataract surgery. Dr. Pieh leads the Eye Refractive Surgery Center at Vienna Private Clinic. He also teaches at the Medical University of Vienna. He has performed thousands of procedures to correct myopia and hyperopia. He uses excimer lasers and implantable lenses for these treatments.
Dr. Pieh is known for his research on intraocular lens image quality. He has worked at the cornea department of Vienna General Hospital since 1998.
