Dr. Yilmaz worked as a General Surgery Specialist at Zonguldak Atatürk State Hospital for 5 years. He then served at Sancaktepe Şehit Prof. Dr. İlhan Varank Training and Research Hospital for 3 years. In these roles, he managed a wide range of surgical cases. He also served as an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Medipol University, where he trained future surgeons and contributed to research.
