Dr. Anun Vongthongsri is an ophthalmologist specializing in the cornea and refractive surgery. He was the first Southeast Asian ophthalmologist elected for a clinical fellowship at the Washington University Eye Center. Additionally, he is the first Thai doctor officially certified in refractive surgery.

Dr. Vongthongsri treats vision issues such as keratoconus—a condition where the cornea thins and bulges into a cone shape—and cataracts. He uses techniques including ReLEx SMILE, LASIK, and IntraLase laser surgery. The doctor performs corneal transplants and ring implantations to restore sight.
