Op. Dr. Ercan Kaya was born in 1989 in Kütahya, Türkiye. After graduating from Eskişehir Science High School, he completed his medical education at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, earning his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.

In 2020, he completed his residency training in Neurosurgery at Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Training and Research Hospital and became a Specialist in Neurosurgery. Following his residency, he fulfilled his mandatory service in Mardin and later served as a Neurosurgeon at Sancaktepe Training and Research Hospital.
