Dr. Jinchul Kim is the Director at Samsung Miracle Eye Clinic in Seoul. He developed the Miracle Formula, which is the first IOL power program for Asian eyes. He trained at the Mayo Clinic and serves as a Visiting Professor at Samsung Seoul Hospital.
