Nahide Onsun

Prof. Nahide Onsun is a dermatologist at Biruni University Hospital in Istanbul. She chairs the Dermatooncology Working Group for the Turkish Dermatology Association. Dr. Onsun is also a member of the International Society of Dermatology.

Specialization and Medical Focus

Dr. Onsun treats various skin conditions, specifically dermatooncology and skin cancers. She uses dermatoscopy – a non-invasive imaging technique – for the early detection and monitoring of skin lesions. Her clinical work also includes treating chronic conditions like psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. She performs procedures such as:
