Everything was handled so well

麻酔から覚めたとき、真っ先に気づいたのは、看護スタッフの穏やかで気配りの行き届いた対応でした。その「大切にされている」という感覚が、入院中のすべての時間を彩ってくれました。骨腫の初診時から、担当の外科医はプロフェッショナルで、安心感を与えてくれました。術後15日が経ちましたが、回復には時間がかかりますが、一貫したサポートが続いています。正直なところ、術前の計画段階からクリニックの環境に至るまで、もっと改善できる点は一つも思い当たりません。すべてが非常にうまく処理されていました。事務スタッフから医療従事者まで、チーム全体が素晴らしいと心から感じました。
