手術室の外科スタッフと看護師は非常に理解があり、親切でした。手術手順には満足しましたが、術後もう少しフィードバックが欲しかったです。それでも、全体的には十分満足しています。残念ながら、看護師から受けた治療に関しては同様に言えません。特に夜間はそうで、私は後に、昼夜問わず英語を話せる看護師が少なくとも1人は配置されることなく、人員が非常に不足していることがわかりました。

手術当日は処置が非常に良好でした。親切で協力的な医療コーディネーター日中は親しみやすい看護師。しかし、日中も夜間も英語を話す看護師は一人もいませんでした。唯一のコミュニケーション手段は携帯電話の翻訳機であり、それが次第に煩わしく、苛立たしいものとなりました。

看護スタッフと患者の間でより良い理解が必要です。最善を尽くしましたが、すべてが圧倒され、苛立たしくなりました。なぜかわかりませんが、自分が菜食主義者であることをスタッフに知らせるのが難しかったです。2回にわたって自分でカテーテルを交換する必要がありました。看護師はそれを自分の役割より下に見るようなので、カテーテルバッグを空にするために看護助手を見つける必要があります。要約すると、医療コーディネーターは非常に役に立ちましたし、外科スタッフと手術室の看護スタッフによるケアと助けは非常に良かったです。しかし、多くの看護師からの対応には改善の余地がありました。
