The staff completely put me at ease

私が最も心配だったのは、手術からわずか15日後に、しかも外国でフォローアップのCT検査を受けることでした。言葉の壁によるコミュニケーションの問題も懸念していました。しかし、スタッフの方々が私の不安を完全に解消してくれました。受付から技師まで、スタッフ全員がプロフェッショナルで、副鼻腔の検査手順についても明確に説明してくれました。外科医が直接結果を説明し、すべてを丁寧に解説してくれたおかげで、術後の回復初期段階でも大きな安心感を得ることができました。クリニックは整然としていて効率的でした。一連の流れは非常にスムーズでした。
