Professor Zhang Jin Nong is Director of Respiratory and Cardiovascular Medicine and a national expert in infectious diseases. He has over 40 years of clinical experience. In 2020, he was honored as a Hubei Provincial Advanced Individual for COVID-19 control.
His clinical focus includes respiratory diseases, complex internal medicine, infectious diseases, and advanced lung cancer treatment. He is skilled in fiberoptic bronchoscopy, invasive and noninvasive ventilation, management of sleep-disordered breathing, and pulmonary function testing.
He serves on the Infectious Diseases Committee of the China Medicine Education Association. He is Deputy Director of the Sleep Medicine Branch of the Chinese Stroke Association. He is also Deputy Director of the Infectious Diseases Group of the Emergency Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association.
