Dr. Ilia Kirshner is a hematologic oncologist with expertise in blood disorders, brain tumors, and prostate cancer. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

Dr. Kirshner has led and contributed to important clinical trials. He was involved in a phase III study on enzalutamide for castrate-resistant prostate cancer. He completed fellowships in hematology (1995) and medical oncology (1994) at Montefiore Medical Center. She completed advanced oncology training at Tel Aviv Medical Center.

Dr. Stepfansky has been licensed in Israel since 2000. She has led and participated in many phase I-III oncology clinical trials. Her work has helped improve cancer care and patient outcomes. Doctor Ophir Hendzel is a board certified otolaryngology specialist from Israel with an American background, specializing in cochlear implantations and complicated otology and neurobiology surgeries. He has a medical degree in otolaryngology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and has received specialty training in otic and lateral skull base surgery, temporal bone surgery, and lateral skull base surgery from Harvard Medical School, House Ear Institute, and Saint Louis University, respectively.
