Assoc. Prof. Atakan Topçu, M.D., is a medical oncologist at Medipol University and Medipol Acıbadem Regional Hospital. He treats solid tumors, including lung, breast, colorectal, gastric, and neuroendocrine cancers. His work also covers targeted therapies, immunotherapy, geriatric oncology, and cancer-related malnutrition, cachexia, and sarcopenia.

He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed papers. Recent work includes a 2024 Frontiers in Medicine study on geriatric syndromes and a 2023 Future Oncology paper on sarcopenia and anxiety in lung cancer. He has also published on the CONUT score in breast cancer and on malnutrition in HER2-negative metastatic gastric cancer.

Dr. Topçu serves on the Editorial Board of BMC Cancer. He is a member of the Turkish Society of Medical Oncology, ESMO, and the Turkish Geriatrics Society. Assoc. Prof. Ayşe İrem Yasin, M.D., is a medical oncologist who specializes in solid tumors. Her clinical focus includes breast, lung, gastrointestinal, gynecologic, and urologic cancers. She also treats brain and other CNS tumors, soft tissue sarcomas, head and neck cancers, adenocarcinomas, melanoma, Merkel cell carcinoma, and cancers of unknown primary. She practices at Medipol Acıbadem District Hospital (2025–present). She previously worked at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital (2023–2025).

She completed a Medical Oncology fellowship at Bezmialem Vakıf University (2019–2022). This followed an Internal Medicine residency at the same institution (2012–2016). Her international experience includes the Breast Cancer Unit at the University of Piemonte Orientale in Novara (2022). She also trained at Basel University Hospital, Cleveland Clinic, and Harvard Medical School. She holds the ESMO Board Certificate (2022).

Dr. Muhammed Mustafa Atci is an Associate Professor of Medical Oncology at İstinye University, Liv Hospital Topkapı (2025–present). He previously served as Associate Professor and Education Coordinator at Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşcıoğlu City Hospital (2023–2025). He was also a Medical Oncologist there (2018–2021).

He has been a member of ASCO and the Turkish Society of Medical Oncology since 2018. He is the author or co-author of 19 peer-reviewed international papers on colon, breast, gastric, pancreatic, lung, thyroid, sarcoma, and colorectal cancers.

Notable works include a multicentre study on stage IIB colon cancer survival (Journal of Chemotherapy). He also studied the De Ritis ratio for lung metastasis in testicular cancer (Current Urology). His prognostic studies used PET/CT, MSI, lymph node ratio, and metabolic tumor volume.

Dr. Duygu Derin is an experienced medical oncologist who specializes in treating gastrointestinal cancers, lung cancer, and gynecologic neoplasms. She is a member of several oncology associations and has published more than 30 national and international scientific papers. She graduated from Galatasaray Medical High School and achieved a Medical Doctor rank from the Medical Faculty of Istanbul University. She has completed internships and professional development courses in various hospitals and holds the title of Associate Professor.

Dr. Murat Ayhan is an Associate Professor of Medical Oncology since 2023. He is an expert in breast, lung, colorectal, gynecological, and urogenital cancers. He focuses on modern cancer treatments such as immunotherapy, smart drugs, targeted therapies, and molecular oncology. Dr. Ayhan provides personalized care based on the latest scientific research.

He is the principal investigator in several global Phase II and III oncology trials. These include studies on GDC-9545, Palbociclib, Atezolizumab, and Apalutamide. Dr. Ayhan has published over 25 articles in international journals. His research covers COVID-19’s effects on cancer patients, drug desensitization, and real-world treatment results.

He is an active member of ESMO and TTOD. Dr. Ayhan has also contributed to oncology reference books on tyrosine kinase inhibitors and oncological emergencies. His work helps advance cancer care for future generations.

Assist. Prof. Meltem TOPALGÖKÇELİ SELAM M.D. is a Medical Oncologist with a focus on Gastrointestinal System and Ovary Cancers. She has extensive experience working in various medical institutions, including the Liv Hospital, Ministry of Health Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital, and Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. She is a member of the Turkish Medical Oncology Society, the Istanbul Breast Cancer Research Group, and the Alumni Association for Üsküdar American Academy for Girls.

Dr. Elnur Sahibov is a licensed Radiation Oncologist with 8 years of medical training and clinical experience. He completed his undergraduate and specialization studies at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine. From 2012 to 2016, he focused on advanced radiation oncology techniques.

Dr. Sahibov is known for his expertise in cancer treatment. He has helped improve patient outcomes and uses evidence-based protocols. He is accredited by leading medical institutions and is dedicated to ongoing professional development in oncology.

Associate Professor Dr. Emrah Eraslan graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2005. From 2006 to 2011, he worked as a research assistant in the Department of Internal Medicine at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and became an internal medicine specialist in 2011. Between 2011 and 2013, he worked as an internal medicine specialist and chief physician at Dr. Nafiz Körez Sincan State Hospital and Palu District State Hospital. From 2013 to 2016, he received medical oncology training at Dr. Abdurrahman Yurtaslan Ankara Oncology Education and Research Hospital and worked there until 2021. In 2023, he became an associate professor and contributed to his field with his publications throughout his career. He currently serves his patients at Koru Ankara Hospital. He is Ear – Nose – Throat and Head and Neck Surgery Specialist. In 1974 he graduated from Ankara Ataturk High School. After he finished preparatory class in English for 1 year in ODTU, he won Hacettepe University Eskisehir Medical Faculty.

In 1980 he finished Hacettepe University Eskisehir Medial Faculty. In 1984 he got his career education in the department of ENT in Hacettepe University Medical Center. He served his military service in Ankara Mevki Hastanesi as an ENT Specialist, in 1986 he began his conscription in state of Ordu Government Hospital.

He worked in Izmir Atatürk Education and Research Hospital as chief intern in 1989, as a chef assistant in 1991, as an instructor in 1994 and worked there till June 2008. On June 20088, he worked in Namik Kemal University Medical Faculty in head of the department of ENT, Head of Department of Surgical Medical and worked as a Medical Faculty member of University Senate finally, he resigned on August in 2010.
