He trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Gülhane Military Medical Academy (2017–2023). Dr. Hakan Bulam is a board-certified plastic surgeon. He is known internationally for his skills in rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, tummy tuck, butt lift, and hair transplantation.
