Dr. Halil Ibrahim Canter is a plastic surgeon with almost 25 years of experience in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. He focuses on Oral, Maxillofacial, Facial, and Hand Surgery. He is known for inventing a reconstructive osteogenesis system.
