Dr. Sertkaya graduated from Konya Meram Science High School in 2001 and entered Gazi University Medical Faculty the same year, graduating in 2008. He completed his urology specialization at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2014, becoming a urology specialist.

Since becoming a specialist, he has focused on the sub-branch of Andrology, attending various training sessions and conferences and performing surgeries with some of the world's leading Andrology professors. In 2017, he passed the written and oral proficiency exams conducted by the European Association of Urology, earning the title of "FEBU."

In 2020, Dr. Sertkaya achieved the rank of Associate Professor of Urology. His journey in Urology and Andrology, which began in 2008, continues at the Andro Expertise Male Health and Aesthetics Center, which he founded in 2022. In his professional career, Dr. Sarıer began working as a urology specialist at Özel Antalya Yaşam Hospital from 2005 to 2008, and then served at Gümüşsuyu Asker Hospital between 2008 and 2009. Dr. Bugra Bilge Keseroglu specializes in robotic and laparoscopic urology. His robotic work includes radical prostatectomy (conventional and Retzius-sparing), radical cystectomy, sacrocolpopexy, and Burch colposuspension. His laparoscopic work includes radical prostatectomy with lymph node dissection, radical cystectomy, sacrocolpopexy, and Burch colposuspension. Born in 1978 in Istanbul, Prof. Dr. Ramazan Gökhan ATIŞ completed his medical degree at Istanbul University’s Faculty of Medicine in 2002. He pursued his urology specialization at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital and became a certified urologist in February 2008. Following his military service at Edremit Military Hospital, he began working at Göztepe Training and Research Hospital in 2009.

In 2011, he received training in laparoscopic and robotic urology at Heidelberg University’s Heilbronn Clinic. Between 2009 and 2014, he conducted numerous scientific studies, especially in the field of endourology, earning the title of Associate Professor in 2014.

Since 2017, he has served on the board of the Endourology Society. In 2018, he was selected to the European Association of Urology’s Young Academic Urologists (EAU-YAU) Endourology Working Group, actively serving for two years. In January 2021, he was appointed as a Professor at Istanbul Medeniyet University. Since August 1, 2022, he has continued his clinical practice, initially at Şişli Memorial Hospital and currently at Medipol Acıbadem District Hospital.

Prof. Dr. Ali Ferruh Akay is a board-certified urologist with more than 30 years of medical experience. He has specialized in urology for over 25 years. He currently serves as Professor of Urology at Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.

Dr. Akay earned his medical degree from Dokuz Eylul University. He completed his urology residency at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine. In 2005, he received advanced training in Endourology and Laparoscopic Surgery at the University of Rochester in the USA.

He has worked at several leading institutions. These include Dicle University, Istanbul Training and Research Hospital, Memorial Diyarbakır Hospital, Veni Vidi Hospital, and Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.
