Dr. Hamdullah Sozen is a gynecologic oncologist with expertise in ovarian, endometrial, and cervical cancers. He is known for his skills in gynecological endoscopic surgery. Dr. Sozen uses minimally invasive techniques that help patients recover faster and improve outcomes.

He is an expert in colposcopy and cervical pathology. He has advanced training in both diagnostic and interventional procedures. Dr. Sozen completed his medical and oncology training at leading Turkish institutions, including Akdeniz University, Zeynep Kamil, and Istanbul Medical Faculty.

He is an active member of international associations such as ESGO and MEMAGO. Dr. Sozen has contributed to women’s cancer care through his clinical work, research, and teaching.

I graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Medicine, in 1984. After compulsory service, I traveled abroad (UK, Saudi Arabia, Greece and Russia) for a many years to study and work in the fields of gynecology and infertility. In 1997, I received my specialist training from Kartal Training and Research Hospital. Following my training, I worked at Kartal SSK hospital. In 2001, I went to Tel Aviv University in Israel and received training In Vitro Fertilization and reproductive endocrinology. After returning to Turkey, I opened my own in vitro fertilization center ( IVF Center). Following the closure of the hospital in which my IVF center was located due to economic reasons, I started practicing private medicine. A while after that, I started working as the manager of The Gynecological Oncology and IVF Center in Bodrum Acibadem Hospital. Then, I returned to Istanbul, and continued my work in private hospitals as a specialist in gynecological oncology and IVF.
Throughout my long years of experience I did over 15.000 IVF trails.
