Nihal Özaras graduated from IU Cerrahpaşa English Faculty of Medicine in 1998 and completed her specialty training at Vakıf Gureba Training and Research Hospital (now Bezmialem University). She completed her master's degree in Neuroscience between 2006 and 2009 because she thought it would contribute to her professional practice.
