She was born in 1983 in Albania. After completing her primary, secondary and high school education in Albania, her graduated from Istanbul University, Çapa Faculty of Dentistry in 2002-2007. She completed his graduation thesis on “Burs Used in Inlay and Onlay Aesthetic Restorations”. トルコで生まれ育ったペラ医師は、2008年から2013年にかけてハジェッテペ大学の名高い歯学部に在籍し、歯科医師としての道を歩み始めました。この分野への強い情熱が彼をさらなる専門化へと導き、口腔顎顔面外科学を専攻として、2016年から2021年までアンカラ大学歯学部にて集中的な研鑽を積みました。

患者に対する包括的な治療アプローチを確立するため、ペラ医師は2016年から2019年にかけて複数のローテーション研修を行いました。その内容は、麻酔科・蘇生科、救急医学科、形成・再建・美容外科、ならびに耳鼻咽喉科に及び、いずれもアンカラ大学医学部にて実施されました。
