Prof. Dr. Fatih Kurtuluş is a leading urologist and a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU). He earned his medical degree from Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1997. He specializes in endourology and urooncology. He received advanced training at IRCAD Strasbourg and gained international experience at Heidelberg University and Milan San Raffaele IRCCS Hospital.

He became a professor in 2018. He has received several awards, including the 2015 Urooncology Research Award. He also won best oral presentation at the AUA Congress in 2008 and the EAU Congress in 2009. Dr. Kurtuluş has published widely in international journals. Prof. Dr. Oya Gökmen is an expert in Reproductive Medicine with 45 years of experience. She specializes in IVF, endometriosis, and assisted reproductive technologies. Dr. Gökmen has performed thousands of procedures, including embryo cryopreservation, sperm donation, and IVF with gender selection. Her work has played a key role in advancing reproductive medicine in Turkey.

Dr. Gökmen led the first hospital in Turkey to receive ISO 9001 certification. She also helped Zekai Tahir Burak Training and Research Hospital earn the EFQM European Excellence certificate. She is a professor at Giresun University. Dr. Gökmen has served as president of the Turkish Gynecology Obstetrics Society and was the founding president of the Ankara Gynecological Association.

Prof. Dr. M. İhsan Karaman is a urologic surgeon and professor. He specializes in prostate growth, prostate cancer, urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction, kidney stone disease, male infertility, and pediatric urology. He works as a Consultant Surgeon in pediatric urology. He has served as Chief of the Urology Clinic at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. He was also President of Istanbul Medeniyet University.

Dr. Karaman has published over 300 academic papers. He has edited scientific books on prostate cancer and pediatric urology. His work has been cited internationally more than 1,000 times. He is a founding member of the Turkish Society for Pediatric Urology and the Eurasian Urooncological Association. He serves on the Scientific Programme Council of the Société Internationale d'Urologie. He is accredited by several international medical associations and has organized major medical congresses.

Dr. Ahmet Çağ Çal is a urologist with over 30 years of experience. He is a Professor of Medicine at Medicana Bursa Hospital, Department of Urology. Dr. Çal has worked at top institutions in Turkey and the US. These include Ege University, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Mayo Clinic, and UCLA.

He has made important contributions to urological research and education. He served as Vice Dean at Izmir University of Economics Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Çal has published many studies and led advanced urological procedures. He has also held international observer and research roles. He is known for his expertise and commitment to improving urological care.

He completed his medical education in Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine (English) in 1995. Between 1995-2000, he completed his specialization in Urology at Dokuz Eylül University Department of Urology.

After his specialization, he worked as a urology specialist at Bayındır State Hospital, Karşıyaka State Hospital, Kemalpaşa State Hospital.
After his specialty education, he continued his vocational education by participating in many different educations, courses and congresses. He received different educations such as endourology courses, PNL - RIRS (closed kidney stone surgeries) course, CİSED training (Association of Sexual Health Institute). He made frequent speeches in congresses, television programs and social media, especially in recent times. He is the member of Turkish Urology Association, Urological Surgery Association and European Urology Association.

As a urology specialist providing medical services, Prof. Dr. Hasan Biri graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. He started his residency in urology at Gazi University Hospital in 1987 and completed his specialization in 1992, becoming a urology specialist. Dr. Biri completed his compulsory service between 1993-1995. In 1995, he was appointed as an assistant professor at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. Between 1997-1998, he participated in research in many areas of uro-oncology such as radical prostatectomy and radical cystectomy at the University of Southern California Kneed Norris Uro-oncology Center, and was involved in many clinical practices. He successfully passed the associate professorship exam in 1998 and continued his education and training activities as an associate professor at Gazi University. Between 2000-2003, he served as the head of urology and chief physician at Gazi Ankara Hospital. In 2004, he became a professor at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. Throughout his academic career, he has published over 80 national and international publications and presented papers.
