She heads the IVF Unit at Bahçeşehir University Medical Park Göztepe Hospital. She started in 2025. She has served on the faculty of Üsküdar University since 2024. She became a professor at Biruni University in 2025.

Her clinical focus includes infertility, intrauterine insemination (IUI), natural-cycle IVF, hysteroscopy, endometriosis, and minimally invasive myomectomy. She has authored or co-authored more than 30 peer-reviewed international articles. Several appeared in SCI and SSCI journals. Asist. Prof. Dr. Paul Stanciu is a Consultant Gynaecological Surgeon and subspecialist in Gynaecological Oncology and Robotic Surgery. He has worked in Germany, Ireland, and the UK, including at The Royal Marsden Hospital.

He is the first gynaecologist worldwide accredited by SERGS to operate on two robotic platforms. He is among the few who perform complex minimally invasive procedures, including surgery for endometriosis and fertility-sparing surgery for young cancer patients.

His expertise includes the surgical treatment of benign and malignant gynaecological conditions. He is experienced in advanced laparoscopic surgery and uses innovative techniques published internationally.
