Dr. Alireza Soltanzadeh, born in Iran in 1969, is an esteemed anesthesiology and reanimation specialist with over 25 years of experience in critical care, cardiac anesthesia, and algology. Dr. Josef Grohs is an experienced orthopedist who specializes in spine surgery. He has over 30 years of clinical practice. He received his medical degree from the University of Vienna in 1986. Dr. Suleyman Semih Dedeoglu is an experienced orthopedic surgeon. He specializes in sports injuries, trauma surgery, and joint reconstruction. He is known internationally for his skill in both arthroscopic and open treatments of the knee, shoulder, elbow, hip, and ankle.

Later, he worked as the Head of the Orthopedic and Traumatology Surgery Department at American Hospital. In 1999, he studied microsurgery at Cleveland Medical Center.
He worked as a specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology Microsurgery in many private hospitals in Istanbul. Between 2006-2007, he worked as a Hand and Microsurgery Specialist at Columbia University School of Medicine. In 2008, he became an associate professor of orthopedics at Yeditepe University Faculty of Medicine.
