Dr. Irina Stepfansky is an oncologist and internal medicine specialist at Sourasky Medical Center. She has more than 25 years of clinical experience. Since 2015, she has directed the Oncology Hospitalization department. Dr. Stepfansky earned her medical degree from Grodno University in Belarus. She completed advanced oncology training at Tel Aviv Medical Center.

Dr. Almog Ben-Yaacov is a highly experienced surgeon specializing in general and oncological surgery. He graduated with honors from Semmelweis University Medical School in 2006. He currently serves as a senior surgeon at Sheba Medical Center. His clinical focus includes cytoreductive surgery combined with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (CRS + HIPEC), as well as the management of gastric cancer, sarcoma, and complex colorectal malignancies.
