Prof. Dr. Döner continues to carry out health services in the field of Ear Nose and Throat at Istanbul Medical Park Bahçelievler Hospital. Receiving the title of "Medical Doctor" at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, he completed his specialty training at Erzurum Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine and continued his career as a physician. Later, he received the title of associate professor and professor, respectively, at Süleyman Demirel University in Isparta.

Prof. Dr. Abdulkadir Ozgur is a specialist in ear, nose, and throat diseases, with a focus on conditions such as hearing loss, cochlear implant, otosclerosis, endoscopic ear surgery, chronic otitis surgery, vertigo, tinnitus, head and neck tumors, laryngeal cancers, nasal and sinus tumors, and tonsil and adenoid surgeries. He has undertaken extensive training in cochlear implants and balance disorders in France and Portugal respectively. He has performed over 400 cochlear implant surgeries and more than 1,000 endoscopic ear surgeries.
