Professor of Thoracic Surgery

Prof. Dr. Adem Dervişoğlu completed his undergraduate education at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and his specialization, doctorate and professors degree at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Istanbul University. He also attended advanced symposiums and clinical trials on surgical treatment of obesity, minimally invasive techniques in visceral surgery and endocrine surgery respectively. He is a member of the Turkish Society of Surgery, Clinical Enteral Parenteral Nutrition Society, Hernia Society, Association of Endocrine Surgery and Colon and Rectum Association.

Dr. Serap Kaya is a medical oncologist with a specialization in Medical Oncology from Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine. She has worked at several leading hospitals, including Oltu State Hospital, Kocaeli State Hospital, Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital, and Medistate Kavacik Hospital. Dr. Kaya has made important contributions to cancer care at these institutions.

She is known for her evidence-based approach and focus on patient outcomes. Dr. Kaya has managed many complex oncology cases. She holds accreditation from top Turkish medical faculties. Dr. Kaya is committed to improving oncology practice through ongoing professional development and clinical excellence.

Dr. Majid Ismayilzada is a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. He trained at Necmettin Erbakan University, one of Turkey’s leading academic centers. He also completed an international internship in Pediatric Cardiology at Sapienza University in Rome.

Dr. Ismayilzada has co-authored more than 15 peer-reviewed scientific publications. His work appears in respected journals such as Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Annals of Plastic Surgery, and the Journal of Craniofacial Surgery. Dr. Sevilay Oguz Kilic is a Professor of Dermatology. She specializes in diagnosing and treating skin diseases such as psoriasis, contact dermatitis, urticaria, skin lymphomas, and hair and nail disorders. She also has experience in cosmetic dermatology and dermatological surgery.

She earned her medical degree from Çukurova University in 2001. She completed her specialization at Fırat University in 2009. In 2017, she became an Associate Professor at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. She was promoted to Professor at Istanbul Medipol University in 2023.

Dr. Volkan Tugcu is a professor of urology and a leading expert in robotic-assisted urologic surgery. He has performed over 2,500 robotic operations. Dr. Tugcu invented the 'Tugcu Bakirkoy Technique,' which is an important advancement in robotic surgery. He specializes in urooncology, general urology, robotic kidney transplantation, and the treatment of prostate, kidney, and bladder cancers.

He has held senior positions at top hospitals in Istanbul. Dr. Tugcu serves on the Board of Directors of the Turkish Urology Association. Dr. Ihsan Yilmaz is a respected retina specialist. He treats retinal detachment, diabetic and hypertensive retinopathy, and performs complex macular surgeries.
