Dr. Elmer Bustillo is the Medical Director and a physician at Satori Recovery. He leads clinical work in addiction medicine across international settings. He is licensed in Spain and Honduras. His experience spans primary care, urgent care, and addiction care. He also provides remote care in Europe, the United States, and Latin America.

He worked in the Alcohol and Drug Detoxification Unit at the National Psychiatric Hospital of Honduras. He supported medically supervised detox and early recovery. He has led multidisciplinary clinical teams. They have delivered comprehensive addiction treatment.

Objective
I am a dedicated and empathetic psychologist with a passion for working with individuals who have undergone difficult life experiences, particularly trauma. After completing my degree in psychology in 2018, I have continued to develop my expertise through further education and hands-on experience. Professional Experience

Psychologist, Psychiatric Department of the Military Medical Academy
One of my most significant experiences was working in the psychiatric department of the Military Medical Academy, where I worked with clients dealing with various forms of trauma, especially from military service in conflict zones. During my time there, I worked both individually and in groups with traumatized soldiers and civilian patients who had experienced psychiatric disorders resulting from severe experiences.

I was responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and emotional instability. Treatments included Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and trauma-focused therapy. I quickly learned to adapt my methods depending on the individual’s specific needs, which was an invaluable lesson in understanding the complex psychological effects of trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews.
• Treat and support patients with trauma and mental health disorders through both individual and group therapy.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for long-term rehabilitation.

He was born in 1977 in Edirne/Keşan. He graduated from Kuleli Military High School in 1995 and GATA Faculty of Medicine in 2001. He worked as a general practitioner in Kütahya between 2001-2004. He completed his psychiatry specialty training at GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital between 2004-2008. He worked as a psychiatry specialist at Gümüşsuyu Military Hospital Balmumcu Dispensary between 2008 and 2012 and at Diyarbakır Military Hospital between 2012 and 2013. In 2013, he voluntarily left his duty in TAF and started working at Neuropsychiatry Istanbul Hospital.

He did his thesis on "The Relationship between Temperament and Character Traits and Decision Making Processes in Patients with Antisocial Personality Disorder". She completed her training in 'Cognitive Behavioral Therapy', 'Hypnotherapy' and 'Sexual Dysfunctions'. She is interested in mood disorders, addiction, sexual dysfunctions and cognitive behavioral therapies.

Dr. Michael Krasnoshtein is a psychiatrist and Head of the Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Unit at Sourasky Medical Center. He has extensive experience in treating affective and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, stressful conditions, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. He obtained his degree in general medicine from Perm State Medical University (Russia) and obtained his residency in adult psychiatry from Lev HaSharon Regional Council. He has teaching experience at Tel Aviv University, and is a member of various organizations such as the Israel Psychiatric Association, the Israel Forensic Psychiatry Association, and the EMDR Institute of Israel.

She was born in Istanbul in 1986. He graduated from Üsküdar American High School in 2004. In 2010, she graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine and received the title of doctor of medicine. In 2011, he started his specialty training at Istanbul Medical Faculty, Department of Mental Health and Diseases and became a psychiatry specialist in 2016. He fulfilled his state service obligation at Diyarbakır Bismil State Hospital. In 2020, he started his doctoral studies on the epidemiology of psychosis at Maastricht University School of Mental Health and Neuroscience in the Netherlands and is still continuing. In 2021, she started working as a psychiatry specialist at NPISTANBUL AMATEM department. In 2023, she was awarded the title of associate professor in psychiatry. Dr. Ceylan Ergül continues to work as an associate professor at Üsküdar University Department of Mental Health and Diseases and continues her research in the fields of addiction and psychosis.

She graduated from Ankara Başkent High School in 1992 and Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1999. She completed her specialty training at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and became a psychiatry specialist in 2005.

She has received Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Group Supervision training; Level I and II Family Therapies Training; Cognitive Psychotherapy Training; Family and Relationship Therapies Training and has articles published in local and foreign journals.
