Dr. Seung‑Hyung Noh is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He has extensive experience in revision surgery for major aesthetic procedures. He is known for managing complex revision cases that call for sound judgment and precise technique.

He earned his medical degree from Hanyang University College of Medicine. He completed training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Hanyang University Hospital. He also completed a clinical training program at Columbia University in New York.

Dr. Özlem Cemboluk is a plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeon. She earned her medical degree from Hacettepe University. She completed her PRAS residency at Eskişehir Osmangazi University from 2009 to 2015. She served as Clinic Chief at the PRAS Clinic of Sakarya University Training and Research Hospital from 2015 to 2018. She later worked in PRAS at Darıca Farabi Training and Research Hospital and at a private hospital in Istanbul. She founded the Özlem Cemboluk Clinic in Tuzla in 2021. She is an expert in microsurgery, breast surgery, body reshaping, and facial aesthetics. Dr. Cholak graduated among the top three students at Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine.
