Dr. Mehmet Erdogan is a highly experienced plastic surgeon and co-founder of Smile Hair Clinic in Turkey with an M.D from Yeditepe University and membership in the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS). He has performed more than 4000+ operations, is a perfectionist in aesthetics and has developed True Philosophy. He is also a member of the Turkish Medical Association and Turkish Healthcare Travel Council.

Dr. Gökay Bilgin is a co-founder of Smile Hair Clinic, holds an M.D from Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa, and is an ISHRS member. He has over 4000 hair transplant procedures and has developed TrueTM Philosophy with his colleague Dr. M Erdogan. Dr. Rocco Cerra is a specialist in plastic, reconstructive, and oncological surgery. He has over 35 years of experience. From 1993 to 2019, he worked as Dirigente Primo Livello at the Istituto Nazionale Tumori “Fondazione G. Pascale” in Naples. During this time, he performed more than 15,000 surgeries in public healthcare and over 2,700 in international and private settings.
