Dr. Rocco Cerra is a specialist in plastic, reconstructive, and oncological surgery. He has over 35 years of experience. From 1993 to 2019, he worked as Dirigente Primo Livello at the Istituto Nazionale Tumori “Fondazione G. Pascale” in Naples. Dr. M. Reşat Arpacı graduated from the İzmir Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 2000 and began his career as an Emergency Physician in Sakarya. In 2002, he obtained a Micrograft Hair Transplantation Certification from the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) in Berlin, gaining the authority to perform hair transplants using the FUT technique.
